The Valkyrie Elite J-Hook is a heavy duty, fully welded J-Hook for the Valkyrie Rig, Valkyrie Squat Stand and most Valkyrie machines with drilled uprights. A heavy duty raised plastic cup protects your barbell knurling, and complete with Valkyrie's signature polymer coating, these J-Hooks are built to last.

Valkyrie Elite J-Hook may be compatiable with other rig systems, however we do not endorse or warrant such use, and we can't accept returns if it's not suitable. All the dimensions you need to know are listed.
