POWER BANDS with Sebastian Kliesch

Power Bands are a great tool for adding resistance to your workouts, including stretching, bodyweight exercises and barbell lifting. They’re ideal for assisted pull-ups, muscle-ups and dips.

Our Power Bands are 41 inches in length with varying widths to increase resistance.

X-Small – 1/2” Wide

Prodimentley used for adding resistance to stretching and rehab exercises. Resistance is 2.5 – 18 kilograms.

Small – 7/8″ wide

This is a versatile band used for adding resistance to people under 70kgs. Can be used during walks, high knees or sprints. Perfect band to assist with pull ups and dip assistance. Resistance is 12.5 – 40 kilograms.

Medium – 1 1/4” wide

Excellent size for everyday use by adding resistance to people weighing 70 to 100 kgs. Best suited for pull up, dips and muscle up training. Resistance is 25 – 60 kilograms.

Large – 1 7/8” wide

Great for getting started on bodyweight pull ups and adding resistance for elite athletes and people over 100 kgs. A good choice for adding increment weight to power lifts. Resistance 30 – 70 kilograms
