This unique Heavy Duty Medicine Ball was designed in 2015 by Aussie Strength alongside world class Medicine Ball manufacturers to bring you the most robust and durable Slam Ball to date.
Our original pattern design gives you far more grip than traditional medicine balls - and the rubber is far thicker than other Slam Balls on the market, so you get far more longevity out of the product.

Performing the classic Ball Slam with our HD Dead Balls is an easy and effective functional training exercise you can do at home. With your feet shoulder width apart, assume a similar position to what you would during a squat so that you've got good back protection while raising the ball above your head and shifting your weight to the ball of your feet. Throw the ball to the ground in front of you - it won't bounce due to our design.
Pick up the ball, and do it again - inhaling on retrieval, and exhaling on the throw.
