The Glute Ham Developer (GHD) an incredible tool for developing the entire posterior chain, promoting strength and power and building strong, balanced glutes. It’s also one of the few efficient ways to isolate and really get at your hamstrings outside of a commercial gym setting and replicates the Leg Curl without the need for expensive pin loaded gear. GHD is used for hip and back extensions, GHD sit-ups and glute/ham raises.
