Where are you located? 

Our warehouse and showroom are located just off the M4 motorway in Sydney, at 99 Percival Road, Smithfield. Close to public transport, between the M4 and M7, and about 10 minutes from Parramatta.

What are you operating hours? 

We're open 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday for pickups. Saturday can be arranged by appointment only, on orders over $500.

How long have you been operating? 

We've been operating since 2008, always in Sydney, but serve Australia wide, and internationally. 

What shipping methods do you have? 

We use parcel freight and pallet freight. We also have 3 levels of freight service. 1. Standard Economy. 2. Road Express. 3. Premium delivery. The default freight is standard economy, tracking is available but no guarantee on day or time of delivery, this is the slowest cheapest service. Want it faster? Step up to Road Express for faster road times, or Premium delivery for a specific time. Please note that additional charges apply for 2 and 3.

Do you dispatch daily? 

We have daily dispatch Monday to Friday, with most orders shipping the following business day after cleared payment. We are closed on weekends.

What does cleared payment mean? 

A cleared payment means the money is physically in our account, either by credit card, or bank transfer.

How long does shipping take? 

Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne metro are our fastest, with 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Adelaide, Darwin, Perth, and North QLD take around 7 business days to arrive.

Can I get my order faster? 

Yes by upgrading to 2. Road Express, or 3. Premium Freight.

Will the freight company help me take my goods inside? 

On a case by case basis, it's up to the individual driver. The contract is to the closest delivery point, driveway or door. They will not take it upstairs, inside rooms, if you would like this service please let us know and we can quote. Drivers may also need a hand unloading it from the truck if you need extra labour please let us know and we can quote.

Why don't you use Australia post? 

They won't take the majority of our items, as they say they are too heavy for them. It is heavy gym gear after all. This means we can't ship to PO BOXES or lockers, it's best to ship to a business address for delivery success.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? 

The first point of contact is your tracking information you should receive by email within a day or two of ordering, please note that the tracking doesn't work until the freight company scans it in with their barcode system. After that please email support@aussiestrength.com.au if you can't find your tracking, or if you need support.

Can I return my product if I change my mind? 

Yes of course, but the freight costs are covered by the buyer, and there can be a restocking fee for repackaging the product. 

What if my product is damaged in transit? 

You are covered under freight insurance by Aussie Strength Equipment.

What do I do if I need a warranty claim?
