A brief history…

Originating a few centuries ago in Russia, the Kettlebell was first used as a counterweight for measuring food and goods.  After a while a few Russians started thowing them around, and they soon became a very popular training tool. Eventually the sport of Kettlebell Lifting was born.

The kettlebell looks like a canon ball with a handle on top. We now use Kettlebells as a handheld weightlifting tool, allowing you to train every muscle group of the body in a fun, exciting, functional, and intense workout routine.
